With its comprehensive and flexible information system, proALPHA Financial Accounting is a financial control tool allowing transparent presentation of complex operational situations.

A fiscal year non-concurrent with the calendar year and any number of account entry periods - this poses no problem for pro ALPHA. Every full financial year is divided into 13 separately analyzable accounting periods. All annual figures and previous year's figures can be queried over any period of time. So the financial accountant can access entries in the financial accounts, but also the invoices issued by Sales for example. All account entries can be managed in interactive and batch mode.

The efficient payment management process lets you optimize supplier payments and the debiting and collection of outstanding customer items over several parallel bank accounts. The user can decide whether he wishes to pay domestic or foreign checks electronically or by check, bank remittance or bill of exchange. Online processing is of course also possible.
